Good to know: Lithia & Driveway automatically provides some benefits to full-time team members—like short-term disability, life insurance, AD&D, a 401(k) Plan, and the Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
You may enroll your eligible dependents in Lithia & Driveway coverage if they meet the requirements outlined in the Dependent Statement of Eligibility, including:

You have 30 days to from your hire date to enroll yourself and eligible dependents in benefits. If you aren’t sure when your 30th day is, give the Benefits Service Center a call at 833-550-5606.
Your benefits will go into effect the first day of the month following 30 days from your hire date. For example, if you start on July 22, your coverage would begin September 1.
Quick note for our Hawaii team: Your benefits begin the first of the month following 28 days of full-time employment.

Once you’ve made your benefit selections, they’re locked in for the year—unless you have a qualifying life event (like getting married or having a baby). Otherwise, you’ll need to wait until the next Open Enrollment to make changes.
