Disability

When life throws you challenges and you can't work, disability insurance provides peace of mind by ensuring you still have financial support.

Good to Know

Lithia & Driveway’s disability benefits—including Company-paid short-term disability (STD), employee-paid supplemental STD, and long-term disability (LTD)—provide income replacement when you need to be away from work for an extended period due to an illness or injury. Guardian administers the disability plans.

Eligibility

Full-time team members are eligible for Company-paid STD and may enroll in supplemental STD and LTD.

Short-Term Disability

STD replaces income if you’re unable to work due to pregnancy or a covered, non-work related illness or injury for up to 90 days. Full-time team members automatically get some STD coverage from Lithia & Driveway at no cost, and can enroll in supplemental STD.
